Terms of Service

Your order is an offer to buy the selected product with the wording and options you submit. We accept it when we send order confirmation. Prices and payment are in USD. We may reject and refund wording that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy or an order we cannot safely fulfil.

You are responsible for spelling, spacing, names, dates and rights in submitted wording. The live preview is a layout aid; kerning and natural material grain may vary. Where a proof is supplied, production begins after approval. One wording correction is included for eligible Club members before cutting begins.

Markwell signs are decorative and informational consumer products, not traffic, fire, emergency, workplace compliance or other statutory safety signs. Adhesive and standing products must be used only on stable surfaces within their stated load and placement limits. The buyer is responsible for surface preparation, load suitability and safe placement.

• Kids' room signs have rounded edges but are not toys; keep fixings and packaging away from children.
• Outdoor ratings describe ordinary weather exposure, not immersion, pressure washing, extreme heat or structural use.
• Colours, grain and texture may vary between material batches and screens; these are not performance or efficacy claims.

Paid memberships renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Benefits apply while the subscription is active and do not create points, credits or stored value. You can cancel before renewal; benefits continue to the end of the paid period. A quarterly Studio piece is physical merchandise and remains subject to wording, shipping and returns rules.

Production and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Import duties may be charged to the recipient. Personalised goods cannot usually be returned for a change of mind once production starts, but damage, defects and our production errors remain eligible for replacement or refund. The Shipping, Returns and Refund policies form part of these terms.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer statutory rights. Subject to that, Markwell is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful wording, unsuitable surfaces, incorrect installation, use as statutory signage, or failure to follow care instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your home country continue to apply. Please contact support@signrighthighe.shop first so we can try to resolve a dispute promptly.
